I am a community engagement and social change leader, farmer, girl mom, ever exploring foodie, currently based in Edmonton, Alberta. My secret talent lies in connecting dots between people, places and things to make things happen. I have a bias towards action and a love for learning.

These days I lead the implementation of strategic projects at Leduc County as Economic Development Coordinator, applying my strengths to the growth of the agrifood sector.

I am an avid entrepreneur, owning Bar OA Farms, a cut flower farm that started as a way to solve the challenge of getting high quality dahlias in Edmonton and has grown into an authentic culinary experience.

My most recent success was being awarded the Canadian Tourism Award for Culinary Tourism Experiences. Together with my mom and brother we also own C-Bry Rentals, a boutique event rental company based in Lac La Biche Alberta.

I have great enthusiasm for good coffee and unique ice cream and when I’m not behind my laptop you’ll find me talking about food, flowers, tourism, and collaborative opportunities. You can follow along with the journey through my occasional newsletter or Instagram.

My network is filled with people working on projects in economic development, business, agriculture, food, tourism, and business. My academic background is in agriculture, non-profit management and community engagement.
